Setting up a WAN with Oracle Cloud VPS

The goal of this project is to configure an Oracle Cloud VPS instance to run pfSense as the front end for my wide area network (WAN). The basic idea is that I will be able to connect multiple routers to this VPS over a VPN and utilize policy routing to have a flexible multi-site home-lab. This will be useful for hosting servers behind CG-NAT, or from inside networks that are not managed by me. I have set up something similar in the past to host a website from my college campus, however it was a temporary solution. For this project, I want to have a robust system that can be maintained and deployed with ease.
