Email is a service that everyone is familiar with, and it's an essential part of our digital lives. For this project, I plan to configure a server to allow me to receive and send emails from a domain name that I own. This will benefit me in two ways: Emails from generic providers (gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc) extremely common, so having an email address tied to my domain will make my messages stand out; Hosting my own email server will ensure that all communications regarding my email address are stored safely on my own equipment. This is a large project, so it will take some research and preparation to pull off successfully. Be sure to check back for updates!
